Beach House Insight

Lately, I’ve been searching for inspiration pictures for a beach house project I’m working on. I wanted something modern but still warm and connected to nature. While scrolling, I came across this house and it instantly caught my attention.

The first thing I love about it is how close it is to the ocean. It almost feels like the waves are part of the house. The big windows and open balconies are perfect for enjoying the view and natural light. I also like the dark wood exterior. It looks modern but still cozy, especially during sunset when the warm lights are on inside.

Another good thing is how the house is built slightly raised above the sand. This is smart for protection from water and gives it a strong architectural look. The layered levels and terraces also make it feel interesting and dynanic.

But there are some things I’m not fully sure about. Being so close to the sea could be risky because of storms, humidity, and erosion. The dark exterior might also get very hot during summer. And since it’s very open with large glass walls, privacy could be a concern.

Overall, I think this house is a beautiful example of modern beach architecture. It’s bold, dramatic, and very connected to its surroundings. I’ll keep sharing my thoughts on different beach houses like this so I can slowly build a clearer vision for my own project. Exploring different designs helps me understand what workswhat doesn’t, and what truly feels right.
